  • Coaching
I am a CTI trained coach, workshop leader and facilitator.

I am available to help you with any part of your life, career, or relationships that are not working as well as you would like.

Can I help you? That you have read this far would point that way. Coaching works best when there is a genuine rapport between coach and client. All you need is a commitment to honesty and to the possibility of change.

I am more than happy to give you a free coaching session to see if there is a fit and if there is, enroll you as a client for as long as you feel you are getting value from the relationship.

Do give me a call if you want to discuss this in a bit more detail confidentially."

Each year I run a programme to bring kids to the mountains who would not ordinarily have the opportunity to reach and experience the extraordinary. Find out more and how to help by contacting me.

  • Who would you be if you were.....
the person you wanted to be? What would you be like? What would you stand for and what you give up your life for? What gets in the way? Who do you turn to in your darkest moments? What is your purpose in this lifetime? Who should you forgive? What keeps you small? Are you resisting joy? Why?
  • Blessings.....
May all beings be free from suffering living in joy; May all beings be filled with grace sharing in gentleness; May all beings find quiet stillness letting fear pass by; May all beings join in compassion forgiving themselves; May all beings share in abundance bringing home love; May I be grateful for all my blessings and humble enough to see them.

Where to start with managing people

  • Technology - "I need more power Scotty"
Second only to business relationships, technology is the most common cause of frustration, financial loss and time wastage. Consulting properly and creating a proper process around your technology needs, objectives and resources is a key business process. Simply addressing the process from an organisational perspective can relieve a lot of the pressure. 5 mistakes managers make...

  • 1. Believing the myth that management is about authority. 2. Allocating too little time to strategic goals ahead of tactical ones 3. Assuming that learning stops with promotion. Learning starts here. 4. Relying upon individual performance instead of group achievement 5. Doing more of what works and less of what doesn't
  • Daily check in......
    1. If this were your last day on planet earth, what would you like to do with it? Who would you like to share it with? Is there something you should say before it ends? Is there something you would like to hear too? Is there someone you would like to hug and someone who needs a hug from you? If you journey between awakening and sleep is not peaceful, how could you make it so? If you had the time over again, what would you wish for? Who do you need to forgive and who needs your forgiveness? 2. Spend a few moments trying to remember your childhood dreams and write them down 3. Try something new every now and again even if it is a bit scary 4. Ignore the little voice in your head that speaks to your heart saying you are not good enough, nice enough, lovely enough, smart enough, brave enough or worthy enough. You are all of these things and more. Tell yourself so often. 5. Remember the last time you felt joy and happiness. 6. No matter what your faith is, say a prayer to the universe once in a while. You might not hear the reply, but you will be heard. 7. Do something nurturing for yourself every day. 8. Light a candle for your losses and thank them. They are your most true teachers. 9. When emotions rock you, let them. Your foundations are stronger than they are and much stronger than your thoughts and feelings will ever be. 10. Lastly, let the light of your love shine brightly whenever you can. It will light your way and let others find you when you are hiding from your truth.
  • Apache Prayer
May the sun bring you new energy by day. May the moon softly restore you by night. May the rain wash away your worries. May the breeze blow new strength into your being. May you walk gently through the world and know its beauty all the days of your life.
  • Universal Love Aspiration
Through the working of Great Compassion in their hearts, May all beings have happiness and the causes of happiness, May all be free from sorrow and the causes of sorrow; May all never be separated from the sacred happiness, which is sorrowless; And may all live in equanimity, Without too much attachment and too much aversion; and live believing in the equality of all that lives. -Namo Amida Buddha
  • A few thoughts for the moments between joy
“You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called "Life on Planet Earth.” Every person or incident is the Universal Teacher. There are no mistakes, only lessons. A lesson is repeated until learned. Others are only mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another unless it reflects something you love or hate in yourself. Your life is up to you. Life provides the canvas; you do the painting. Take charge of your life or someone else will.” - Dr. Cherie Carter-Scott ‘The Rules for being Human’
